HOST: CLIFFORD MYERS

Clifford Myers is a comedian and founder of The Other Comedy Company who has been featured on JFL42, NXNE, MTV and SiriusXM. Clifford has been performing standup across Canada for 14 years.

OPENER: KEVIN ELLIOTT

Honing his stand-up craft for the past 3 years after nearly a decade in improv comedy, Kevin Elliott (London and Sarnia Comedy Festivals), brings his fiercely silly, witty and improvisational style to topics of parenting, married life and personal mishaps. Kevin has performed throughout Southwestern Ontario as well as Northern Ontario. He’s also performed at Yuk yuk’s London and Halifax.

OPENER: MITCH GLADNEY

Mitch Gladney hit the scene in the mid 80s and has been alive ever since. Best known for his role on the short lived sitcom, 'Life's a Mitch', which aired on the WB network in the late 2000s. Mitch has worked with the likes of Norm Macdonald, Jerry Seinfeld and Richard Pryor. His hobbies include: knitting, befriending coworkers with the same name as famous comedians, and lying. His timing and delivery are impeccable, making him one of Canada's best up-and-coming DoorDash employees.

FEATURE: REBECCA REEDS

Rebecca Reeds is an award-winning standup comedian, writer and podcaster. Rebecca has performed in the United Kingdom, United States, all over Canada and opened for several distinguished comedians like Beth Stelling, Jim Norton and Tom Green.Rebecca has appeared on CBC, SiriusXM, and CBC Comedy. In addition to her appearances on radio and television, festival performances including New Faces Just For Laughs, Winnipeg Comedy Festival, Toronto’s JFL42, Edmonton Comedy Festival, NXNE and the Hubcap Comedy Festival.In 2018, The Villain Was Right premiered on the From Superheroes Podcast Network. Along with co-host comedian Craig Fay, Rebecca views movies and TV shows from the villain's perspective and dares to ask if they were really all that bad. The VWR podcast past awards include Outstanding Debut for a Series and Outstanding Comedy Series at the Canadian Podcast Awards.

HEADLINER: EVAN CARTER

Evan Carter is an incredible stand-up comedian, effortlessly captivating audiences with his sharp wit and relatable humor. Whether performing at a comedy club, corporate retreat, or in front of 44,000 spectators at the opening ceremonies of the 2015 Pan Am Games, Evan proves again and again to be a seasoned and versatile performer. His performances are a rollercoaster of laughter and connection, leaving his spectators eagerly anticipating his next show.Evan has been a long time instructor of standup comedy at both the Toronto District School Board and the world famous Second City. He has worked on numerous television shows, like “George Stromboulopoulos Tonight”, plus his own half hour specials on CBC and The Comedy Network. On radio, Evan appears regularly on CBC’s “Metro Morning”, “Fresh Air”, “Later the Same Day”, “LOL” and “The Debaters”.Smart, clean and funny. That’s Evan Carter!

MUSICIAN: JEFF BIGGAR

Based in Cobourg, Ontario, Jeff Biggar - Singer/Guitarist is a versatile musician who offers an eclectic guitar repertoire with vocals for weddings and special events. He holds undergraduate degrees in both Guitar Performance and Music Education from The Schulich School of Music, McGill University.

DJ: JOEL WESLEY

Joel graduated top of his class in the Audio Engineering, Music Production & DJ Arts program at The Trebas Institute, in Toronto, ON. He has worked with a variety of recording studios, live sound, production companies and DJ/event businesses. Joel branched out on his own in 2013 and started Joel Wesley Productions, a complete audio visual production company.

  1. Book a tent! If you book an accommodation at Whispering Springs on the evening of August 21st, 2024 your ticket will be included in the cost of your tent.
